HOW TO INSTALL IOS 18 AND iPadOS DEVELOPER BETAS

While the final versions of iOS 18 and iPadOS 18 are slated for release later this year, Apple has made the developer betas available to everyone for free. For pregnant users, the app offers additional support by reflecting changes in physical and mental health during pregnancy. Users can log pregnancy in the Health app on their iPhone or iPad, and the Cycle Tracking app on the Apple Watch will show gestational age and allow symptom logging. Notifications, such as the high heart rate threshold, will adjust to account for the natural increase in heart rate during pregnancy.

TRAINING LOAD

The Training Load feature offers an in-depth look at how workout intensity affects the body over time. It compares the strain from workouts over the last seven days with the past 28 days, helping users make informed decisions about their training routines. This feature is particularly useful for those preparing for events such as marathons or bike races.

GIVE THE RINGS A REST

With watchOS 11, users can now pause activity tracking to take a rest day, week, or even month, without affecting their fitness streaks. This feature addresses the anxiety some users feel about failing to close their activity rings each day.

CHECK IN

For outdoor sports enthusiasts, the Check In feature provides peace of mind by notifying loved ones when the user arrives at a location. It also sends safety prompts if the user does not arrive as expected, ensuring that family and friends can stay informed about their whereabouts.
